Thank you for shopping with us! Because our products are made to order, please review our shipping process below.
Order Processing & Production Time
All items are made to order.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days but may vary depending on product type, order volume, and seasonal demand. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time. Products are typically received within 3–7 business days total, but may take longer.
During peak seasons, promotions, or high-volume periods, production may take longer than usual.
Shipping Time
Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Product weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Multiple Shipments
Because we work with print partners in multiple locations, items from the same order may arrive in separate shipments.
Address Accuracy
Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Lost or returned packages caused by address errors
- Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping charges may apply.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because all items are made to order, order changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins.
Once production starts, we cannot modify or cancel the order.
